About the Role: Bene Aged Care is seeking an appropriately skilled and qualified person to work casually as a Domestic and Kitchenhand in our Hospitality services team. The role will be required to work at our St Agnes residential Aged Care facility, 6 Mumford Avenue, St Agnes. Reporting to the Hospitality Services Manager you will responsible for the following:

Domestic:

  • Clean Resident’s rooms and bathrooms
  • Clean communal areas
  • Set up cleaning trolleys
  • Maintain supplies of toilet paper, soap and other products for resident use
  • Meet safety, quality and hygiene standards
  • Complete cleaning documentation

Kitchenhand:

  • Assist with food preparation
  • Ensure quality service of meals to residents
  • Dish washing
  • General kitchen cleaning duties

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • An understanding of Aged Care Services Care and delivery
  • The ability to work positively within a team to achieve goals
  • Strong customer service skills
  • National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) and Unrestricted Drivers Licence
  • COVID & Flu Vaccination
