Making a difference

The variety of people you’ll care for means you’ll be developing skills and knowledge across a wide range of disciplines from social support to dementia and palliative care. Our clinical staff are trained to address complex care needs in mental health and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiorespiratory conditions. You’ll also be working closely with allied health professionals including dieticians, physiotherapists and social workers.

If you submitted an expression of interest for a position that is not advertised, you will hear from us when and if a vacancy matching your skills and experience arises. We will keep your application on file for a period of 3 months.

  • I can proudly say that ten years on and a change of role from PCW to RN, I continue to be excited and motivated to go to work.
