When family-owned South Australian food supplier Galipo Foods put out the call for donations to help them buy hay bales for drought stricken farmers in our home state, Bene was only too happy to help.
Kicking off the campaign with their own donation of 1,000 hay bales, Galipo Foods has to date raised $35,000, enough money to supply 3,500 bales of hay to our famers. Livestock SA are coordinating the allocation and drop off of the hay.
Giving back to the community is familiar territory for Galipo Foods with a long history of supporting the Make a Wish Foundation and other charitable activities.
