About the Role: A Volunteer Driver Assistant is responsible for assisting drivers with the transportation of consumers to Bene’s Lifestyle and Wellness centres and the transportation of residential and community consumers on daily outings. This position requires a compassionate and patient person that is willing to assist consumers in and out of vehicles, ensure seat belts are on and keep a watchful eye on consumer safety. Some of the daily duties include: assisting staff in outings and program activities as well as serving meals to consumers.
