About the Role: Bene Aged Care is seeking an experienced and committed Clinical Funding & Systems Manager to join our team. The position is based at St Agnes, but will also work across our residential sites at Campbelltown and St Clair. Reporting to the Director of Residential Aged Care you will responsible for developing and implementing practices, systems and initiatives that will deliver on ACFI optimisation to support the needs of our residents. You will facilitate relationships across all levels, and provide Aged Care Funding & Health Apps & systems support and education to all staff.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic leader committed to the growth of ACFI. A high level knowledge of ACFI, assessment tools, documentation and ACFI business rules is essential. You will be skilled in the provision of supporting documentary evidence for ACFI claims.
As the Health Information Management Specialist for the organisation you will be responsible for managing our Care App, Pain check, Souped up, Manad updates and Medimap systems.

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Current ACFI experience / experience in a similar role
- Experience in using Health Information Systems (MANAD experience would be advantageous)
- Ability to influence and negotiate change
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve results through motivation, training, monitoring and mentoring staff
- Excellent computer literacy
- Be results focused and have the ability to operate autonomously
