About the Role: Bene Aged Care is seeking an appropriately skilled and qualified person to fulfil the full-time role of Accounts Officer in our Community Services team. Working at our new modern offices; Padre Pio, 480 Torrens Road Woodville this role will support the business in all facets of finance and administration, whilst being responsible for:

  • Manage accounts receivable functions
  • Manage creditors and debtors
  • Produce and send invoices
  • Preparation and process of scheduled direct debit files
  • Account reconciliation (purchase ordering, scheduling, payment)
  • Debt collection
  • Manage account enquiries
  • Providing a high-quality customer service
  • General administration duties

  • Previous accounts experience
  • An understanding of Aged Care Community Services would be advantageous
  • Proficient computer skills
  • The ability to work positively within a team to achieve goals
  • Strong customer service delivery skills
  • National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
