About the Role: Bene Aged Care is seeking an appropriately skilled and qualified person to fulfil the full-time role of Accounts Officer in our Community Services team. Working at our new modern offices; Padre Pio, 480 Torrens Road Woodville this role will support the business in all facets of finance and administration, whilst being responsible for:
- Manage accounts receivable functions
- Manage creditors and debtors
- Produce and send invoices
- Preparation and process of scheduled direct debit files
- Account reconciliation (purchase ordering, scheduling, payment)
- Debt collection
- Manage account enquiries
- Providing a high-quality customer service
- General administration duties

- Previous accounts experience
- An understanding of Aged Care Community Services would be advantageous
- Proficient computer skills
- The ability to work positively within a team to achieve goals
- Strong customer service delivery skills
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
